Are you planning on going to college? Why or why not? If so, what will you study? If not, what will you do instead?

I plan on going to college at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. The reason I want to go to college is to make something out of my life, while making a living out of it. I plan to major in education, and possibly earn a minor in religion. I acknowledge the fact that teachers are extremely underpaid. But, it is not just about the money. You’re teaching and shaping young minds, and future world changers. After my college years, I want to be either a elementary school teacher, or possibly even be a middle school teacher. I want to work somewhere near Cincinnati when I do become a teacher.

What is your definition of success?

My definition of the word Success, is not just when you do something right. But, when you do something right and are confident with what you have done. Success is determined by your determination, and by your perseverance. Two strong words, that many successful people these days have. When I think of, “being successful,” I think of the sharks on Shark Tank. In no way am I saying that the only successful people are entrepreneurs. Success is not in no way, shape, or form a draw of luck. I believe you have to earn success. Rather is being from practice, learning or doing.

If you could study one subject in school that wasn’t offered, what would it be and why?

I would choose to study sign language. The reason I’d choose to study sign language is because it’s a really beautiful language. Not many schools teach this, but there is a percent of citizens who are deaf. They deserve to have conversations with anybody, just like we do. In general, sign language is a very engaging language. Not only do you move your arms, but your facial expressions helps get what you are trying to say across effectively. It is not a common language to study such as French, or Spanish. But I would learn Sign Language in a heartbeat.

Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy. In comparison to the many years previously they relied on humans, yes I do see a possible defiance in the future. I can see war happening because of this. Another thought about this law is that not all humans are bad.

Whatever goes upon four legs, or has wings is a friend. Alike humans, four legged creatures has their group of bad mammals and the group of good mammals. I do see a problem because of this, because anybody can turn on somebody else.

No animal shall wear clothes. Excluding pigs, I feel like the animals will listen to this rule. Now for pigs however, they won’t follow through with this law. I see conflict because of the pigs not following through on their rules they’ve made.

No animal shall sleep in a bed. As stated above, the pigs are becomming more and more like humans each day. Eventually I see pigs sleeping in bed. With that being said I don’t believe other animals will do such thing. I still believe conflict will arise because of this.

No animal shall drink alcoholI see the animals follow through with this, besides the pigs. Conflict again will arise because of the sudden change of attitude and view of life the pigs have stumbled on.

No animal shall kill another animal. I’m hoping they fall through with this because I, myself do not like death. But, I believe the pigs will kill because of betrayal, and jealousy. This will cause confusion

All animals are equal. This won’t be a law the pigs follow, as they consider themselves superior. I don’t think this will cause conflict because the animals are too stupid to realize this.

Would You Rather?

Would you rather be poor but help people or become incredibly rich by hurting people?

I’d rather be poor than incredibly rich, kind of like Robin Hood. He helped the poor by stealing from the rich. Thankfully, it’s just a metaphor. But, I’d rather have more friends and not as much enemies.

Would you rather be famous when you are alive and forgotten when you die or unknown when you are alive but famous after you die?

I’d rather be unknown while I’m alive and famous when I die. I don’t want to boost my confidence so much that I have unwanted pride.

Would you rather be married to a 10 with a bad personality or a 6 with an amazing personality?

I am more focused on the person and not necessarily the looks.

Human rights

Although we all bleed the same color, human rights seems to be different for everybody. An example of this would be, discrimination between gender, race, religion and color of skin. It may be called human rights, but to me it seems only a selected group of individuals have/had all those rights.

I feel as if this can happen. People tend to follow the majority rather than the few; or in this case one. With that being said, I feel like there could be rights violated.

Week of 9/18/17

Who was your first crush?

Believe it or not, In preschool I had developed ‘feelings’ for a blonde-headed, and rosy-cheeked boy.  His name was Jacob. Jacob, his twin sister, Jessica, and I were all on the same soccer team. Instead of playing the game, I would pick the flowers on the field or hold hands with Jacob. Jacob and I were officially dating by Pre-K, and at recess we would walk around holding hands, making sure everybody knew. For three years, we were in a relationship. I remember walking on the playground, a notebook in my hand trying to figure out what our babies names were going to be. Also, Jacob lived by my babysitter at the time. Obviously, every bit of free time I’d hang out with him. One day, everyone was playing truth or dare. I got dared to kiss Jacob, and I ended up doing just that. It lasted for less than a second because we both pulled away. Our relationship soon came to a sudden stop by the third grade, due to a third party coming in to take Jacob away from nine year old me. (Other known as his friend telling him to break up with me.) As dramatic as I was in third grade, I told everyone my ‘sob story.” I was convinced my heart was broken; torn into pieces.
